It is with deep sadness that we share the news of the passing of our esteemed colleague, Gavin Bailey-Hague.

Gavin served as Design Technology Manager at PLP since 2021. He brought exceptional expertise, brilliance, and determination to his work, continually pushing boundaries and helping to advance our projects and practice.

Beyond his professional achievements, Gavin will be remembered for his generosity, positivity, and enthusiasm for life. He was passionate about music and craftsmanship, creating his own music and furniture, and devoted to cycling, the outdoors, music festivals, and time spent with friends and colleagues.

Gavin faced a challenging illness with remarkable courage and characteristic positivity, inspiring those around him. As a final gift to those closest to him, he left a music playlist for loved ones to remember him by.

He will be greatly missed by all who knew and worked with him. Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with his family and loved ones at this difficult time.
