Lee Polisano speaks about the London property market on French national news
Lee Polisano was featured in France Télévisions’ 8 o’clock news, sharing his insights on the future of London’s property market in a post-Brexit world.
As part of a wider piece revisiting the city on the 5 year anniversary of Brexit, Lee presented Bankside Yards, Arbor and Opus as a model of successful development, bringing in investment and contributing to the long-term vitality of the capital.
Our latest project under construction in the new neighbourhood, the 250-apartment luxury residential tower Opus, embodies this evolution. Standing at 50 storeys tall, the building offers spectacular views over the River Thames and wider London.
Bankside Yards – the UK’s first major mixed-use, fossil fuel-free development – seamlessly integrates residential, commercial, and cultural spaces. Alongside Opus is its flagship office building, Arbor, which runs on 100% renewable energy, offering net-zero carbon emissions and wellness-focused amenities.
