About

Its vibrant façade, formed of multi-coloured terracotta fins, gives the building its name and distinct identity, a shifting surface that captures the colours and energy of the surrounding streetscape.

This 15,600m² office development meets the needs of fast-moving digital companies through highly flexible floorplates, a rooftop terrace with panoramic views, and exceptional digital infrastructure; certified WiredScore Platinum. The building sits directly above Farringdon’s Elizabeth Line station, placing the workplace at the heart of one of the UK’s most connected transport hubs.

The façade is both a tribute to and a reflection of its setting. Terracotta fins, coloured on one side and neutral on the other, shift in appearance as you move around the building. Their tones are drawn directly from the rich palette of Smithfield Market, helping Kaleidoscope settle confidently within its conservation area context while projecting a distinctly contemporary identity.

With a BREEAM Excellent rating, Kaleidoscope defines a new standard for sustainable, connected and characterful urban workplaces.

Rich urban context

Now home to TikTok’s UK headquarters, Kaleidoscope sits within one of London’s most distinctive and fast-evolving urban settings. Positioned between Smithfield Market, Farringdon and the wider Culture Mile, the building brings together digital workplace demand with a strong sense of place, identity and connectivity.

Colourful terracotta tiles give the building a vibrant identity, responding to the energy and material character of Smithfield Market. Together, they bring texture, rhythm and a strong visual presence to this evolving part of central London.
