About

Veanna Chan possesses specialised expertise in space planning, technical execution and construction delivery. As a Director at PLP Architecture, she oversees high-rise residential, hotel, and mixed-use projects from initial concept through detailed design and delivery. Her portfolio includes luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial developments spanning the UK, the Middle East, and Asia.

In Saudi Arabia, Veanna is actively engaged in several prominent hospitality and residential initiatives within extensive urban settings. She was a senior design team member for the Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island, contributing to one of the region’s most environmentally advanced luxury hotels and serviced residential complexes, further solidifying her proficiency in world-class hospitality design and project delivery.

Her experience in London includes participation in the Arbor project, PLP’s sustainable office development at Bankside Yards. Veanna also contributed to One Bishopsgate Plaza, Pan Pacific Hotel & Residences—a landmark mixed-use development that integrates a five-star hotel and residential tower with restored historic buildings surrounding a new public plaza. Additionally, she worked on Chiltern Place in Mayfair, delivering a luxury residential tower with ground-floor retail in a highly constrained urban environment. Veanna led the project team for Lincoln Square as well, transforming a significant island site into a premium residential scheme adjacent to the LSE and the Royal Courts of Justice. She holds credentials as a LEED BD+C and WELL AP.
