About

Andrew Tsang is an experienced project director known for delivering complex, high‑value developments through rigorous process-driven and stakeholder engagement. As a Partner at PLP Architecture, he leads major projects from early stages to design development through delivery, overseeing multidisciplinary teams to realise challenging briefs. His work spans luxury residential, hospitality, urban design and mixed‑use projects across the Middle East, Europe and the UK.

In Saudi Arabia, Andrew worked on the Luxury Landmark in Riyadh, contributing to the delivery of a major mixed‑use scheme integrating luxury branded residences, hospitality and premium amenities, and was Project Director for a Waterside Project in Jeddah, a residential‑led development focused on landscape integration, walkability and human‑centred design. In Abu Dhabi, Andrew worked on the Four Seasons at Al Maryah Island, contributing from competition stage through to construction documentation on one of the region’s most prestigious hotel and residential developments. In Oman, he was Project Director for Project Avenue in Muscat, a mixed‑use scheme combining hotel, office, residential and retail uses.

Andrew has led the delivery of several highly complex projects in London, working at the intersection of mixed‑use development, luxury hospitality and challenging urban constraints. He was Project Director for One Bishopsgate Plaza, including the Pan Pacific Hotel and Residences, leading the design and construction of a 43‑storey mixed‑use tower in the City of London. Andrew also led the design and integration of the multi‑storey basement and substructure at Nova Victoria, a technically demanding element extending beneath a major mixed‑use development at one of London’s most critical transport and infrastructure gateways.
