Alessandra Luzzatto is a highly experienced architect and urban design leader with a strong focus on complex, city‑scale projects. As a Partner at PLP Architecture, she plays a key leadership role, driving strategic design management across the practice’s global portfolio. Her work spans office, residential, mixed‑use and master planning projects across Europe, London and the Middle East.

In Italy, Alessandra is leading Lampugnano Building Zero, a high‑performance workplace that introduces a new typology of flexible, wellbeing‑focused office design to western Milan. She is part of the senior design team leading the new Ministry of Environment and Energy Security headquarters in Rome, a highly sustainable workplace that integrates landscape, civic presence and advanced environmental performance. In Milan, she is part of the senior team leading Parco Romana, a major mixed‑use regeneration that stitches together a fragmented urban area, reconnecting neighbourhoods through a network of residential, commercial and public spaces. She was also responsible for Corso Como Place, the refurbishment of the former Unilever Tower into a contemporary office environment.

In Moscow, Alessandra led the competition‑winning design for Yandex Headquarters, a 170,000 sqm campus integrating workplace, landscape and wellbeing into a cohesive urban environment. She also led Phantom, a luxury residential project in Moscow that sets a new standard for elegant, high-quality living in the capital. In the Middle East, Alessandra has played a senior role on significant civic and mixed‑use projects, including leading the design of Hamad Port in Qatar, of the Control Tower and the Mwani Headquarters.

In London, Alessandra has led a number of complex and high‑profile projects across the capital. She was responsible for the Qatar Airways Headquarters in Mayfair and also led Lincoln Square, a landmark residential development within the Strand Conservation Area.
