Located in the heart of Mayfair, 60 Curzon reimagines a historic site as a refined residential address defined by privacy, craftsmanship and attention to detail. The development comprises a limited collection of just 32 residences, including penthouses and a townhouse, designed to offer a highly bespoke living experience within one of the world’s most exclusive neighbourhoods.
The architecture draws on the legacy of Mayfair, reinterpreting the language of Art Deco through a contemporary lens. A carefully composed façade combines Portland stone, bronze detailing and finely crafted elements, creating a building that is both rooted in its context and distinctly modern. This approach balances permanence and elegance, giving the development a strong sense of identity within the surrounding streetscape.
