Tina Qiu is a strategic design leader with strong experience delivering complex, high‑quality developments. She excels at shaping projects with urban sustainability, biophilic principles, and complex planning frameworks.As a Partner at PLP Architecture, she oversees our studio in Singapore and leads the strategic growth in South-East Asia and China.Her experience spans commercial, residential, master planning and mixed‑use developmentsacross South‑East Asia, the UK and Europe.
In Singapore, Tina is leading the redevelopment of The Clifford in Raffles Place, a next‑generation, mixed‑use workplace that reimagines the office as a wellness‑ and hospitality‑led environment, integrating Grade A offices, retail, public realm and biophilic sky terraces into a cohesive vertical community. Also in Singapore, she previously led the acclaimed Park Nova luxury residential development along Orchard Boulevard, redefining high‑end urban living in the city. Tina’s wider regional experience includes high-profile mixed‑use and residential projects in Hong Kong, Indonesia and Taiwan.
Tina has led a number of high‑profile projects in London, combining commercial delivery with complex planning and stakeholder engagement. In Westminster, she led the redevelopment of 27 Savile Row, revitalising an underutilised district, attracting increased foot traffic from Regent Street to benefit local commerce. She also directed the conversion of 425 Oxford Street, giving new purpose to a historic retail site. Located in the Mayfair conservation area, Tina oversaw the redevelopment of 75-77 Brook Street, a luxury office building for Clivedale London. Our scope included the comprehensive design of the core and shell, as well as the lobby areas, end-of-trip amenities, and dedicated Club Amenity Facilities.
