Lee Polisano is internationally recognised for his architecture and urban design work, emphasising environmental responsiveness and a passion for innovation. His approach produces projects that are contextually sensitive and deeply responsive to the needs of the communities they serve. As President and Founding Partner, Lee sets the practice’s design direction, shaping the firm’s architectural philosophy, culture, and long‑term vision. His strategic vision has been instrumental in shaping PLP into an internationally recognised practice known for its innovative approach to complex urban challenges.
Lee has led the design of some of London’s most significant developments and has contributed significantly to the development of the City of London’s Square Mile. South of the river, Lee has is responsible Bankside Yards, the UK’s first major fossil‑fuel‑free, net‑zero masterplan, including next-generation workplace, Arbor and Opus PLP’s new 170-meter-tall residential tower. His London portfolio also includes One Bishopsgate Plaza with Europe’s first Pan Pacific Hotel, and a series of luxury residential projects, including Park Modern overlooking Kensington Gardens, 60 Curzon Street, Lincoln Square, Mayfair Park Residences and Chiltern Street. He is also responsible for major institutional and commercial projects such as The Francis Crick Institute, Kaleidoscope (TikTok’s UK headquarters) and Sky Central.
Internationally, Lee has led a variety of landmark projects across South‑East Asia, East Asia, the Middle East and Europe. In Singapore, he is responsible for Park Nova, a biophilic luxury residential tower that redefines high‑end urban living through integrated wellness, landscape and architecture. His international portfolio also includes Yandex Headquarters in Moscow, the Net‑Zero Korean National Meteorological Center in Daejeon, as well as luxury residential projects in Taiwan and India, and major hospitality and mixed‑use developments across the Middle East.
