Trinity Building receives a CRE Federal & St. Petersburg Award 2015

Our new office building at Trinity Place in the Petrogradsky business district of St. Petersburg has been awarded ‘Best Class A Office Building’ in the CRE Federal & St. Petersburg Awards 2015.

The project, recently completed for the investor and developer GHP Real Estate (formerly Fleming Family and Partners (Russia) Ltd), realises the first phase of the Trinity Place business and residential complex on the Admiral Lazarev Embankment and enjoys views to Krestovsky Island and the Gulf of Finland. The riverfront building forms the new headquarters for Gazprom

The chevron plan of the building and its dramatic ‘prow’ cantilevered at the dominant intersection to the Lazarevsky Bridge over the Malaya Nevka River, derived from the city’s naval and maritime history, establish the new building as a landmark for those approaching the business district from the island.

The Commercial Real Estate Awards is an annual awards programme that recognises the best projects and companies in Russia that meet the highest requirements of the industry.
