Su is a Director at PLP Architecture and has a wide portfolio of work stretching across Europe and Asia, with a large focus on placemaking in hospitality, office, retail and residential projects. She has extensive experience working on a wide range of projects in Japan, ranging from master planning and placemaking, to cultural programming and architectural design.
Elsewhere internationally, Su has worked on Assima, a large retail and office development currently under construction in Kuwait, the design competition for the ABC Bank Headquarters in Jordan, and a significant redevelopment project in The Hague.
Su also closely supports PLP’s research group PLP Labs, where she is currently developing a dynamic strategy and planning study considering the future of office workplaces throughout the world.
Previous work with the practice includes a large residential master plan for the Dubai Creek area in the United Arab Emirates and a large master plan for Croydon that included a variety of office and workplace environments in the heart of the London Borough.
Before joining PLP Architecture, Su worked for practices in London, Seoul and Zurich. Her varied responsibilities included the façade design of Birmingham new street station, redeveloping the former Olympic Park in Seoul and a high-end residential proposal in St. Moritz.
Su received her Advanced Diploma in Architecture from the Berlage Institute, Rotterdam where her studies focused on parametric design.
