Senior Associate Partner

Sergy is a Senior Associate Partner at PLP Architecture with more than ten years of experience encompassing residential, commercial, mixed-use, civic, hotel, and retail projects in UK, North America, Asia and the Middle East.


At PLP Architecture, Sergy is a key member of the design team for Lincoln Square, a new luxury residential scheme on an island site neighbouring the Royal Courts of Justice in the Strand Conservation Area of Westminster. He is also involved in developing feasibility studies for prospective residential and commercial projects in the London area.


Previously, Sergy contributed to many award-winning projects and design competitions while working in London and New York offices of Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates. His responsibilities included concept and scheme design, coordination and review of design development and construction drawings with consultants and contractors, client presentations, as well as, coordination of visualisation and architectural models productions.


Projects at KPF included the design of the mixed-use development in One Nine Elms, London, the Fitch Ratings Headquarters for the London-based operations of the Fitch Group at Canary Wharf and the design of the atrium roof and expansion tower for MGM Cotai Hotel & Casino, a world-class integrated resort and casino in Macau, China. Further afield, Sergy worked on the Concord Adex residential development in Toronto, Canada, the International Commerce Centre Tower and mixed-use project in Kowloon, China and a design proposal for MGM Grand Casino & Hotel at Marina Bay in Singapore.


Sergy graduated from New York Institute of Technology, USA with a Bachelor of Architecture Degree in 2004, receiving the accolade of a Magna Cum Laude in Architecture distinction and recognition on the NYIT Presidential Award & Dean’s Honours List. Sergy is fluent in English, Russian and Ukrainian.
