PLP Architecture and Ronson Capital Partners LLP (“RCP”), the real estate investment company, have held a topping-out ceremony to mark the structural completion of Chiltern Place, the company’s prime residential development at 66 Chiltern Street, in the heart of London’s Marylebone Village.
Due to be completed in 2017, Chiltern Place will be a collection of 55 one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments and penthouses over 15 storeys, as well as one four-storey townhouse.`
At the ceremony, the development, which is being built by Mace, was revealed to be over 60% sold. The design of the building is marked by generous and highly articulated bay windows which are set against handset terracotta cladding. The reconfiguration of the public realm around it, animated by retail facilities, complements recent improvements to the quality of Chiltern Street.
