ensuk is an Associate Partner and a registered architect in UK with specialisations in parametric modelling and visual communication. He is an integral team member for various design competitions, feasibility studies and the initial stages of architecture and urban design projects in the UK, the Middle East, China and Korea.
Projects in London include the redevelopment of Sampson House and Ludgate House on the River Thames; student accommodation in Ealing; an office and retail project off Oxford Street; and an office and broadcast production building that will help realise the vision and strategic focus of a twenty-first century media campus. Further afield, projects include the design of the Control Tower, a signature building for the New Port Project in Doha; the award-winning N+ Master plan in Ningbo, China; and in the Gulf States, proposals for a major sports venue and associated masterplan and a concept design for a new passenger terminal for an international airport.
HaenSuk coordinates the studio’s interests in Korea, including the collaborative masterplan proposal for Osong BioValley, Korea’s premier centre for innovation, research and development for the biotech industry, which was placed second in an open design competition.
HaenSuk has also tutored in workshops for digital graphic design and parametric design at the Architectural Association School of Architecture and the University of Westminster.
HaenSuk completed his RIBA Part III Professional Practice qualification at the University of Westminster having previously graduated from the Architectural Association.
