OVG Real Estate wins CoreNet Global’s 2015 Sustainable Leadership Award

Our client OVG Real Estate has received the Sustainable Leadership award for The Edge, the world’s most sustainable office building that sets a global benchmark for sustainable innovations and integration of smart technology.

This annual award, as part of the Corenet Global 2015 Awards for Industry Excellence, Economic Development and Sustainable Leadership in Corporate Real Estate, celebrates work that accelerates the adoption of environmentally friendly and socially responsible real estate practices. Previous winners of the Sustainable Leadership award include CBRE, Google and NASA.

OVG Real Estate is subsequently nominated for the H. Bruce Russell Global Innovators Award, and will present the case study of The Edge before a panel of senior industry leaders at Harvard University in summer 2015. The winner will be announced in October at CoreNet Global’s 2015 Global Summit North America in Los Angeles.

Congratulations to OVG Real Estate who with Deloitte Nederland officially marked the opening of the building at the end of May by leading a debate on the future of sustainable construction, innovation, digital entrepreneurship, partnership and technology.
