Ken Hutt is an Associate Partner and designer at PLP Architecture, with more than 25 years of experience in architecture, working on a range of commercial, residential, office, transport, cultural and healthcare projects across Europe and the Middle and Far East. Since joining PLP, Ken has been involved in the design of a new 16-storey residential building incorporating 55 luxury apartments, retail facilities and a new townhouse at Chiltern Place near Marylebone High Street in Westminster. Further to this he has been working on an office scheme in the heart of the Mayfair Conservation Area, to be built above the Bond Street Eastern Crossrail Station Davies Street.
In previous employment at Foster & Partners, Llewelyn – Davies Yeang and Woods Bagot International, amongst others, Ken was involved in several international projects, such as a the Commerzbank Tower in Frankfurt, Reichstag in Berlin, retail, hotel and commercial centre in Saudi Arabia, a General Hospital in Jordan, Twin Towers in Manilla and the London Millennium Tower.
Ken studied Architecture at the Glasgow School of Art and the Bartlett. He is a registered architect in the UK.
