Ana Gil is an Associate Partner at PLP Architecture with over 10 years’ experience working on a range of retail, commercial, residential and refurbishment projects across the UK and Europe.
At PLP Ana has been involved in the design for the extension of the World Trade Center Campus in Amsterdam, competitions and viability studies in Milan and London, as well as the design of high end residential projects. Ana is currently working on Sampson & Ludgate House, a 50-storey residential tower on the River Thames.
Prior to joining PLP, Ana worked at various studio’s such as Allies and Morrison and Hernandez León Arquitectos. As a freelance architect she has also been involved in various projects, such as the redevelopment of Elephant and Castle in London, the Caja Duero Headquarters in Madrid and Alvaro Siza’s Recoletos-Prado masterplan. Alongside this she has also designed private apartments and offices in Madrid, Paris and Amsterdam.
Ana trained at the CEU-San Pablo University and the Polytechnic University of Madrid (ETSAM) . She is ARB registered in UK and is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects.
